WS Schools Announces 2021 Homecoming Royalty

The longstanding tradition of announcing Homecoming Royalty took place last week at Wessington Springs High School, as the details of 2021 Homecoming Week (September 20-24) were also revealed. The 2021 Queen and King candidates are pictured above, back row, left to right: Cheyenne Burg, Kali Roduner, Kindra Wolter, Sarah Raterman, Eileen Kanthak. Front row, left to right: Cade Mohling, Cale Mohling, Carter Grohs, Quinten Christensen, Mason Schelske. Crown bearers will be Remington Yost and Myles Tanke.   

The homecoming theme for this year is “Famous Cities and Sites” and spirit days at the middle/high school are comprised of Mascot Monday, Tourist Tuesday, Western Wednesday, Frat Day (Thursday) with Friday serving as Spirit Day. 

Elementary school dress up days are: Monday, Favorite Team/Sports Day; Tuesday, Tourist Tuesday; Wednesday, Western; Thursday, Pajama Day; Friday, Spirit Day.
