    Wessington Springs florist Bethany Schimke, owner of 2nd & Bloom, partnered with Springs Food Market for the annual Caring Rose Week campaign and the 2025 effort proved to be one of the most generous yet.

    Now in its 27th year, the Caring Rose tradition brought in hundreds of nonperishable items for the Jerauld County Food Pantry as 2nd & Bloom sold out of more than 100 dozen roses. Communit…
