As students and teachers head back to school, several area businesses on Main Street in Wessington Springs have united together to roll out store specials and meal deals during Back to School Night Tuesday, August 20.
In an effort to roll out the blue and gold carpet for Spartans across the Wessington Springs School District, businesses look forward to welcome families back to school after a busy summer.
From 4-7:30 p.m., Springs Inn is offering a $9.99 meal deal on an all-time student favorite: bacon cheeseburgers, fries and ice cream.
Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Pin Twisters Bowling Alley will have free bowling open for those who want to roll before the back to school programs that evening. They will be serving refreshments with lanes open throughout the evening.
From 5-7 p.m., American Bank & Trust employees will be serving up ice cold root beer floats for back to schoolers. And starting at 5:30 p.m., Springs Food Market is setting up shop at Pin Twisters for a free hot dog grill out.
From 5-8 p.m., Modest Moxie Boutique will be open with lots of new arrivals to get the perfect back to school look. Stop in on Tuesday for 10% off your entire purchase.
Baker’s Design offers a variety of locally printed Blackhawks and Spartans attire with special hours until 7 p.m.
