Wolsey will be filled with holiday cheer this Saturday as two community events kick off the Christmas season.
The Warbird PTO Annual Holiday Craft Fair and Vendor Market will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, at the Wolsey-Wessington School Commons. Shoppers can browse handmade gifts, jewelry, holiday décor, clothing, baked goods and more. Vendors seeking booth space can contact Ashley at 605-354-4504.
Also on Saturday, families are invited to Santa Day at the Wolsey Senior Center from 10:30 a.m. to noon, with Santa arriving at 11 a.m. Children can enjoy activities, snacks and a chance to visit with Santa.
At 1 p.m., attendees are invited to play bingo with gift certificates from Wolsey businesses to be given out as prizes. The event is sponsored by the Wolsey Business Association.
