Think you have the best ribs around? Now's your chance to prove it.
The Wessington Springs Area Chamber & Development is seeking teams to compete in the Rockin' RibFest Rib Competition on Saturday, August 8, at the City Park.
Competitors will cook five racks of baby back ribs on-site for a chance to earn cash prizes, trophies, and bragging rights. The event also features live music, Teno's Tacos Food Truck, a cornhole tournament, and family-friendly fun.
Registration is now open. Pick up a registration form at the Humm-Dinger in Wessington Springs, scan the event QR code in the ad on PAGE EIGHT, or contact Lilli Steeke at 701-440--9964 for more information or to register.
Gather your team, fire up the smoker, and gather for a day of great barbecue and community fun at Rockin' RibFest.
