Organizers of the Jerauld County Area business pumpkin decorating contest announced this week the theme of the competition: food.
With dozens of businesses already signed up, the community will have the opportunity to view and vote for their favorite pumpkin.
Pumpkins will be on display at True Value and the community can vote online at www.truedakotan.com beginning October 15.
Votes can be cast online from October 15 to 28 and the winner will be announced in the October 30 print and e-edition of the True Dakotan.
