As the final weekend before Christmas nears, several can’t miss events are set to ignite holiday spirit as we continue through December.
Wessington Springs Chamber and Development (WSACD) is holding a holiday decorating contest, “Bright Nights, Small Town Lights” for both residential and business categories with judging this Saturday.
The much-loved “Discover Dasher” Challenge has returned to Springs, as Total Oil and Total Construction continue the tradition of hiding Dasher around town.
Winter Park Activities will host “Magic in the Park” featuring hot chocolate, hot apple cider, live music by local talent and horse-drawn wagon rides from the Fieldhouse throughout the city park.
Finally, on December 25, a free Christmas dinner will be served at Hope Fellowship Hall as community volunteers invite those who may be alone this holiday season to “Be Our Guest.”
