Before heading to the polls on November 5, the community is invited to learn more about IM-28 during an informational meeting and Q&A scheduled for Thursday, October 17, 1 p.m. at Springs Inn Cafe in Wessington Springs.
Nathan Sanderson, Executive Director of the South Dakota Retailers Association will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about IM-28, an Initiated Measure prohibiting taxes on anything sold for human consumption.
