Venture Communications recently announced the donation of $5,000 to each nursing home located within the cooperative’s territory. These donations are intended to assist with facility upgrades and help enhance the quality of life for residents.
This initiative was approved by the Venture Communications Board of Directors as part of its continued commitment to the well-being of the communities Venture serves.
Checks have now been presented to nursing homes in Highmore, Roslyn, Sisseton, Britton, Bowdle, Selby, Gettysburg and Wessington Springs. Each facility plans to use the funds for projects ranging from flooring upgrades to equipment purchases — all aimed at improving daily life for those in their care.
