Parents and guardians are invited to attend Internet Safety Parents Night on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Wolsey-Wessington School Commons.
The event aims to equip families with practical and proactive strategies for keeping kids safe online. Attendees will learn how to increase awareness of the challenges youth face in today’s digital world and gain tools for having meaningful conversations about internet safety.
The session will be led by Mary Beth Holzwarth, Human Trafficking Coordinator and Analyst with the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Participants will also have the opportunity to win prizes, including a $25 lunch credit, an activity pass, and a SOAR reward.
