On Monday, May 25, 2026, Happy Memorial Day. Grandma appreciates her family members who were in the service and is proud of them.
On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, grandma enjoyed the dice game and then May birthday BINGO in the afternoon.
On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, Becky left with the track team for the State Track & Field Meet in Sioux Falls. Grandma enjoyed getting her True Dakotan in the mail. She also got her nails done in the afternoon before BINGO.
On Thursday, May 28, 2026, grandma did some exercises and isn’t so sure it is fun and fitness but knows she needs to try and stay active for her health at 93 years old.
On Friday, May 29, 2026, grandma enjoyed BINGO in the afternoon again.
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, grandma wants to wish Marie Reindl a very happy, 100th birthday.
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, happy birthday to granddaughter. Becky stopped out to see grandma after church. Becky took grandma outside for some fresh air before it got too hot. They enjoyed going around the garden looking at all the newly planted flowers. Grandma is looking forward to watching the pepper and tomato plants blossom and produce. There are a couple beautiful baskets around the garden area as well. Once inside, we played a game of Rummikub. While playing, we were blessed to pet Rue, the puppy of Avery and Addyson Orth’s family. Becky took Grandma down to the dining hall for lunch, where she was looking forward to the slice of pie on Sunday noon. Grandma then went to church service in the afternoon led by the Methodist. Grandma enjoys the soft serve ice cream provided afterwards.
