Sportsmanship Award Defines Wessington Springs VFW Teeners' Season

    The Wessington Springs VFW Teeners didn't bring home a state championship this summer, but they returned from the South Dakota VFW State Tournament with something head coach Blake Miller believes is even more meaningful.

    The team earned the tournament's Sportsmanship Award, an honor recognizing respect, character and conduct on and off the field.
