Woonsocket will celebrate the season with its Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 10, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., featuring local shopping, handmade goods, baked treats and plenty of fall finds.
Vendors will be set up at both the Woonsocket Community Center and The Garage, giving shoppers two stops to browse throughout the day.
Local author Kelly Petersen will also be on hand for a book signing. Festival-goers are encouraged to make a day of it by shopping the local vendors and stopping at Swenson’s Pumpkin Patch while they’re in Woonsocket.
