Parent Teacher Organization Off to Great Start With Hugely Successful Fundraiser

    A highly competitive “Pennies for PTO” fundraiser at the elementary school raised $4209.92 for the recently formed Wessington Springs Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), exceeding the original goal of $750 by leaps and bounds. Shown above is the winning class who took the championship title a pizza party -- beating out the runner-up sixth graders by just over $1. April 15 marks the date for a school carnival hosted by PTO, more details can be found in upcoming editions of the True Dakotan.
