Greetings community! Hearts are the theme for this column. We take care of ourselves for our loved ones’ benefit as well as our own. Of course, we all know to exercise, eat right and cease smoking so there is no need to lecture on these things. But we do want to bring awareness to how community involvement can make our jobs easier when someone is having a cardiac event.
