Wed., April 26: Chicken filet, oven fried sweet potatoes, bun, green beans, cheesecake with fruit. Thurs., April 27: Shrimp, tossed salad with veggies, Uncle Ben’s rice, garlic bread, vanilla pudding with fruit. Fri., April 28: Hot hamburger with mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed vegetables, Hawaiian cheesecake salad. Mon., May 1: BBQ chicken, cheesy hash browns, bun, orange. Tues., May 2: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, grapes, bun. Wed., May 3: Chicken & stuffing casserole, California blend, bun, chocolate pudding with fruit.
