I was 30 years old when Tim McGraw released the song with the same title as this article. It’s a great anthem for a person’s middle years of life. I can’t say I followed it too well, though. I still stay up late and don’t eat enough salads. But it does provide an unusual premise that is not followed by many – longterm planning.
