As you take in the wonders of the season, you may have noticed that the traditional “Christmas at the Courthouse” looked a little different this year. While trees weren’t the centerpiece of the event as in year’s past, there still were a handful of beautifully decorated trees by area businesses and organizations.
The main attraction of the event, however, was the Christmas Village display. By combining both their Christmas Village collections, Becky Thompson and Gloria Vavra transformed the County Courthouse into a beautiful winter wonderland for the whole community to enjoy.
Attendees were able to tour the Village and were treated to Christmas goodies and refreshments while visiting with Jerauld County employees.
