Tibetan Bowl Musician Deb Yoder to Headline
All are invited to attend the annual Music in the Garden kicking off this Thursday, July 11, at Shakespeare Garden in Wessington Springs starting at 7 p.m.
This weeks featured musician is Deb Yoder. She trained with the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School (Colorado) and with the Vibrational Sound Association (Nebraska) to use the Himalayan singing bowls. She has been doing sound meditation and sound massage since 2014. Using the bowls to bring relaxation and release tension, stress and pain for those around her, she fulfills her purpose of helping others heal themselves. Deb spends much of her time working in Avera medical facilities as well as out in the community. One of her favorite pastimes is to share the melodies of the bowls by playing in nature settings.
Attendees are reminded to bring lawn chairs to the event. In case of inclement weather, the 1905 Opera House serves as the backup location. For more information, call (206) 251-3558.
