Dear Editor,
As I attended my last 4-H meeting last week, all I can say is that I am so thankful for the opportunities and time I had in Jerauld- Buffalo County 4-H. I have been a 4-H member since I was eight years old and every opportunity, I received is one I am so thankful for. To the youth that are questioning if they should join, I would whole heartedly tell them yes, 100%.
I have received opportunities that I will forever be grateful for. I gained skills that I never thought I would have, it gave me dedication, responsibilities, respect and so much more. The time our leaders put into our club is one that will never go unnoticed. Not only did I gain those skills, I gained a family and true friendships. In the agricultural world they are the people that will never leave your side no matter what and that is something I value so much.
Thank you to everyone in the Jerauld/ Buffalo County 4-H that impacted our lives, donated money, and helped our youth succeed for their future! You make a difference!
