I wrote my Cuppy’s Corner News Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. The Twins didn’t play on Monday.
Tuesday, I enjoyed the chicken dinner and carrot cake from the Manor kitchen. Tuesday evening the Minnesota Twins played the Chicago White Sox. The Twins won 4-2.
Wednesday Kathy Larson was hostess for our 9 a.m. coffee. She was gone so Lorraine Schultz served for her. Enjoying the mini cinnamon cream muffins were Luella Teveldal, Joyce Mees, Darleen Cuppy and Judy Baumgart. Bingo was played at 2 p.m. Shirley Bender called the numbers. Enjoying the afternoon were Marilyn Robbins, Darleen Cuppy, Joyce Mees, Doris Deneke, Judy Baumgart and Luella Teveldal. I furnished cookies and jellybeans for coffee time. The Minnesota Twins played the Chicago White Sox Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The Twins won 6-3.
Thursday, I enjoyed the Philly beef sandwich and dessert from the Manor kitchen. The Minnesota Twins played the Chicago White Sox. It was raining so they had a rain delay. The Chicago White Sox had 3 Twins 0. My granddaughter Becky Bell Krueger helped me with several things in the evening. I’m very grateful!
Friday, Loni Reindl gave me a massage on my neck and back at 10:30 a.m. I enjoyed the beef & noodle hot dish and cookies from the Manor kitchen. I enjoyed the high school Spring Concert on the school channel. Mrs. Fastnacht does a great job! My granddaughter Baleigh Sails came to my apartment after the concert. My daughter Candi Sails picked her up after work in Mitchell about 10 p.m.
Saturday, I met baby Kiara Sails and her foster parents in the forenoon. I enjoyed the Salisbury steak dinner and cake from the Manor kitchen. The Minnesota Twins played the Los Angeles Angels at 1 p.m. The Twins won 3-1. The weather was nice, so I went for a long walk.
I didn’t go to the Methodist Church Sunday at 11 a.m. I wasn’t feeling very good. Later I enjoyed the turkey dinner and pie from the Manor kitchen. The Minnesota Twins played the Los Angeles Angels, and the Twins won 5-0.
