Friday, April 24 has been designated as “Arbor Day” by the Arbor Day Foundation. This is a day to call attention to the value of trees in our communities. Mayor Knipfer and the City Council have issued a proclamation urging local folks to celebrate Arbor Day and support efforts to protect trees and expand woodlands.
