To the Editor,
I’m writing to urge everyone to vote YES on Amendment D.
Amendment D would direct South Dakota to expand Medicaid to cover everyone below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level. Currently S.D. Medicaid covers low income pregnant women, children, the disabled and low income elderly in nursing homes – the working poor are not covered.
South Dakotans who do not fit into one of the above groups…
