I had business at the Jerauld County Court House and happened to notice all the homemade quilts in the community room. The 40 plus quilts displayed are from various quilters in our community.

“Old fashioned” infection threats reemerging

Over the last several years media attention on health care has been dominated by Covid. This is certainly understandable. Covid has been by far the biggest threat. All the indications are, however, that the whole situation is becoming more complicated. Covid is still a threat.

Letter to the Editor

To the Editor: Last week a very large ad appeared in the True Dakotan criticizing Amendment D (Medicaid expansion). I would suggest that the supporters of this ad should have done some fact checking. It is riddled with alarmist rhetoric, misinformation, distortions and a few bold-faced lies.
