DarleenCuppy’sdaughter Cheryl Van Asperen drove Dar to Mitchell for her eye appointment with Dr. Joe Krall Monday afternoon. It was very windy. Cheryl did some shopping, but Darleen stayed in the car.

Over the last several years media attention on health care has been dominated by Covid. This is certainly understandable. Covid has been by far the biggest threat. All the indications are, however, that the whole situation is becoming more complicated. Covid is still a threat.

To the Editor: Last week a very large ad appeared in the True Dakotan criticizing Amendment D (Medicaid expansion). I would suggest that the supporters of this ad should have done some fact checking. It is riddled with alarmist rhetoric, misinformation, distortions and a few bold-faced lies.
