Holes For Haven: A Tournament with a Comforting Mission

After realizing how cherished a handmade keepsake box crafted to memorialize the loss of their infant daughter Haven Marie was to their family, Rodney and Erin Yost felt the need to share this comforting memorial with other families going through the grief of losing an infant. The boxes are distributed to hospitals across the region or through private requests which is the reasoning behind the “Holes for Haven” Golf Tournament. So far, the family has gifted more than 60 boxes to grieving parents.

“We want people to ask us for memory boxes if they have someone they know — past or present — who would appreciate one,” the couple shared. They added that those wishing to request a box can call Erin at (605) 770-7624.
