Another summer of learning the game came to a close at the Springs Country Club with the July Youth Golf Clinic tournament July 27.

Organized by Gloria Vavra and Becky Thompson, the clinics once again gave young golfers an opportunity to develop their skills while learning course etiquette, sportsmanship and respect for the game. Helping with the July clinic were Bill Cahill, Joyce Krueger, Teresa Fonder and Charlie Bergeleen.

Other Blue Group placings were Holden Schelske, second; Jett Schley, third; Lincoln Mikkelson, fourth; and Kaddie Coleman, fifth. Gold Group results included Joslyn Grassel, second; Summer Senska, third; Hayes Schelske, fourth; and Boston Jensen, fifth.

In the Red Group, Brody Rostyne placed second, Jet Johnson third and Berklie Bell fourth. White Group results included Adam Knippling, second; Everly Von Eye, third; Will Arhart, fourth; and Hannah Wenzel, fifth.
