On Tuesday, August 30, 2022, the Spartan Cross-Country team traveled to Salem to participate in the MCM Invite. The temps hovered around 90 degrees with little breeze, but the course was set. The field of athletes was down slightly in numbers from years past, but still had a packed field from 50-80 runners in each of the four races.
