First Summer Session of Youth Golf Clinic Held at Springs Country Club

    The final session of a new youth golf clinic was held Monday for 1013 year old youth with a tournament to cap off the month-long session.

    Awards

    Longest Drive: Summer Senska; Closest to Pin: Jace Kolousek; Longest Putt: JR Hine.

    Tournament results: 

    First: JR Hine; Second Jace Kolousek; Third Summer Senska Adult instructors and helpers were Becky Thompson, Gloria Vavra, Joyce Krueger, Barb Hine and Deb Ponto.

    The next clinic is for 7-9 year olds and will be held Mondays in July at 10 a.m. Contact Becky Thompson to register at (940) 372-0478.
