With a thrilling 34-32 opening-set win, Wessington Springs defeated Gregory in four sets on Saturday at home. (34-32, 23-25, 25-23 and 25-17). Ashlyn Weber (pictured at center) and Kendall Kolousek (pictured at left) each had five ace serves, with 11 kills from Weber and eight kills from Kolousek. Remie Roduner had 32 digs for the Spartans, while Mariah Messmer (pictured at right) had 22 set assists.
