A Family Tradition That Comes Home Every Fourth

    The Fourth of July is a huge event at the Duke and Karen Wenzel’s Wessington Springs home. This year’s holiday included around fifty members of the family, most of them from Wyoming and Oklahoma. They light up the sky with fireworks, play yard games, share meals, introduce new family members and visit with longtime Springs friends. They love the small town lifestyle and are already making plans for the 2027 holiday event.
