Charlie L. Keller, 74, of Wessington Springs, died Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Foothills Bible Fellowship Church with Reverend Don Grubb officiating. Burial followed at Hope Cemetery, Wessington Springs. Visitation was held from 4-6 p.m., Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the church with a prayer service immediately following.
He was born on November 18, 1951, in Burlington, IA to Reverend Charles and Betty (Sible) Keller. He attended grade school in Gann Valley, South Dakota, later moving to Indiana and graduating from Fairfield High School in 1970.
Charlie married Becky Hochstetler on December 9, 1972, at People’s Bible Church in Benton, Indiana. He started his career at Eby Ford in Goshen, Indiana and retired from Schoenhard Ford in Huron, South Dakota.
Charlie enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and traveling. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Charlie is survived by his wife Becky Keller of Wessington Springs; a son Chad (Mandy) Keller of Canistota, SD; a daughter Misty (Corey) Overholser of Goshen, IN; his sister Pam (Gene) Kenny of Mauldin, SC; and his brother Richard (Kirsten) Keller of Goshen, IN. Grandkids Michael (Mindy),Cassidy(Preston), Abigail, Danniel, Taylor, and Madilyn; one great granddaughter, Jaycee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Becky Leslie, and granddaughter Addison Keller.
