“Cuppy’s Corner” by Dar Cuppy Darleen Cuppy wrote her Cuppy’s Corner news Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. Darleen enjoyed the Minnesota Twins and KC Royals game Monday evening. The Twins won 4-2. Tuesday Darleen enjoyed the ham dinner from the Manor kitchen.

Still a threat

BY DR. TOM DEAN Covid-19 continues to be a threat in South Dakota and beyond. However, the threat may be letting up – at least a little.

Darleen Cuppy wrote her Cuppy’s Corner news Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. Jerauld County held their 4-H Achievement days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They were celebrating 100 years of 4-H and wanted news articles and pictures from former members.

Well who would have thunk this one?

Dear Editor and Wessington Springs area community, Well, who would have thunk this one? I plan to send another note in to thank all of the people who are helping restart the Owls. It is a hard process. We struggled mightily, just could not get a full squad — too much of real life gets in the way.

Darleen Cuppy wrote her Cuppy’s Corner news Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. Candi Sails and Baleigh came in the evening and visited awhile. They had gotten some things Darleen needed. Tuesday Darleen enjoyed the ham dinner from the Manor kitchen.

Darleen Cuppy wrote her Cuppy’s Corner news Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. It was very hot and humid several days. Darleen enjoyed the chicken fried steak dinner from the Manor kitchen Tuesday noon. Stella Kraft was hostess for our 9 a.m. coffee on Wednesday.
