The Wessington Springs Lady Spartans picked up a homecoming-week victory Sept. 24, sweeping Lower Brule in three sets.
Wessington Springs controlled the opening set for a 25-13 win before Lower Brule made things closer in the second. The Lady Spartans held on 25-22, then closed out the match with a 25-17 victory in the third.
