    The True Dakotan accompanied these Wessington Springs ladies as they competed in the 2024 USBC National Women’s Bowling Tournament in Reno, Nevada on June 26 and 27.

    Gloria Vavra, Donna Wagner, Lila Hoffman and Kendra Brandenburg bowled in the Team, Doubles and Singles events of the tournament which was held from April 27 through June 29.

    Recognition awards were presented to Gloria and Lila for bowling in their 23rd National Tournament and to Donna for bowling in her 22nd National Tournament.
