Since 2016, visiting hunter Dean Van Dam has returned home to New Mexico with much more than tales from the field. Every year upon returning to Wessington Springs he makes a point of attending the Ducks Unlimited Annual Banquet to purchase an original painting by local artist Kenzee Schafer.
