Sixth-grade teacher Kacee Polly was recently named Wessington Springs School District’s Teacher of the Year, an honor that left her both surprised and humbled.
“I was shocked, honestly,” Polly said. “I feel like I come here for the kids, and so I wasn't expecting to be recognized for that, but it feels really good.”
