Bucking bulls and good times made for a fun evening at the Jerauld County Rodeo Grounds as a lively crowd cheered on bull riders aiming for a qualified ride.
Foothills Rodeo Princess Koral Kroeplin paused for a photo before stepping up for candy scramble duties at the Bull Bash.
Members of the Wessington Springs Volunteer Fire Department served up refreshments to thirsty customers throughout the Bull Bash. Proceeds help the department with operational costs. Of the top 12 in the Territorial Professional Bull Riding standings (TPBR), Tyson Hill of Kadoka ended up with the champion buckle. He also won the Tyler and Tucker Easton Memorial Buckle for highest points, given by the Easton family. Among the top five juniors in the TPBR standings, Wyatt Nelson of Webster took home the top prize, also winning the Tyler and Tucker Easton Memorial Buckle in the junior division for highest points, given by the Easton family.
