Recent rainfall has temporarily delayed paving on the City of Wessington Springs' water main replacement project, but engineers say the overall project remains on track for completion by the end of July.
The project, which began in May, is replacing aging cast iron water mains with new PVC water lines across approximately 8.5 blocks throughout the city.
