Central Electric Cooperative is accepting Operation Round-Up grant applications for local projects until Nov. 1. Through the grant program, organizations may request up to $3,000 for projects that benefit cooperative members and their communities.
A volunteer board of trustees representing Central Electric’s service area awards grants twice a year. Since Operation Round-Up began in 2015, more than $260,000 has been awarded to local projects.
Eligible organizations may include emergency services, municipalities, counties, schools, 4-H clubs, veteran organizations, community groups and certain nonprofits.
