The Wessington Springs Carnegie Library presents “Oceans of Possibilities,” the 2022 summer reading program for area youth. The program is scheduled from 1 – 2:15 p.m. on Thursdays July 7, 14, 21, and 28 and held at the WS Senior/Community Center.
