In response to widespread downed trees in the Jerauld County area resulting from Tuesday's severe storm, cleanups will be held by area municipalities this week. The City of Wessington Springs and Towns of Alpena and Lane ask that residents place branches curbside by the following times:
- Wessington Springs - Thursday, July 7, 8 a.m.
- Lane - Thursday, July 7, 6 p.m.
- Alpena - Friday, July 8, 12 p.m.
