Dear Editor, I don't know how many watch the PBS NewsHour, but last Wednesday's episode (August 2) had a great piece on the importance of small town/county newspapers that everyone should see.

WS has many things going for it

True Dakotan, We always look forward to receiving the weekly issue. You do an excellent job of including lots of great pictures with the written news. We enjoy reading about the people that we knew many years ago. We are also amazed at how Wessington Springs has so many things going for it.
