Vintage wedding gowns from the early 1900s are part of the summer showcase in the bridal room of the Jerauld County Pioneer Museum. The exhibit, curated by museum volunteer Deb Ponto, features dresses from 1912, 1914, and 1916, highlighting the shift in style from the ornate Edwardian era to more simplified designs. Some displays include original accessories like shoes and wedding photos. The exhibit will be open to the public on July 4 at 1 p.m., before, during, and after the Main Street parade in Wessington Springs.
