With a long standing tradition of decorating a table stemming from a yearly invitation from her mother-in-law, Doris Roduner, Christina has continued this tradition with her daughter Bailey even after her passing. Utilizing sentimental yellow dishes passed down from her Great-Grandmother, emerald green accents, and her daughters baking skills, she has been able to create a beautiful table yet again.

Hazel Schroeder plucks another candy-filled egg from the David Jost Memorial ball field, the designated zone for the youngest of the Easter egg hunters. Schroeder’s dad, Wessington Springs Volunteer Fire Department Chief, Eric, looks on as she happily fills her basket. Just moments after this photo was taken, the fire whistle blew, sending firemen to forego the festivities and don their bunker gear.
