I wrote my Cuppy’s Corner News Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. I enjoyed the ribs and hash browns from the Senior Center delivered by Jim Deines. In the evening, I watched the Minnesota Twins play the New York Mets. New York won 5-1.

Conservation Corner: CRP by the Numbers

I haven’t written about CRP in a while, because there hasn’t been much to write about for new acres. This has more to do with the Farm Bill expiring and being extended…again, than any of the recent happenings. I hope that by writing about it maybe I can speak it into fruition.

Notes from the American Legion Auxiliary

American Legion Auxiliary met on Monday March 17 with 12 members present. Pledge of Allegiance, Preamble, SD Pledge were all recited. Chaplain Marla gave the blessing. Parents and grandparents were present to listen to the 5th and 6th grade students that were winners in the poem and essay contest.
