I wrote my Cuppy’s Corner News Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. I enjoyed the ribs and hash browns from the Senior Center delivered by Jim Deines. In the evening, I watched the Minnesota Twins play the New York Mets. New York won 5-1.

To the Editor: Our community has recently experienced an enormously tragic house fire and a heart-breaking loss of two young people, Michial and Tiffany (they were young from my perspective).

I wrote my Cuppy’s Corner News Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon. I enjoyed the hamburger, tator tots, green beans and pudding for dinner. In the evening, I watched the Minnesota Twins play the Kansas City Royals. The KC Royals won 4-2.

I wrote my Cuppy’s Corner News Monday morning. Delia Atkinson got it later in the forenoon Tuesday was April 1st, April Fools Day! We got a layer of snow. I enjoyed the chicken dinner and carrot cake from the Manor kitchen. My granddaughter Baleigh Sails came after school and for supper.

Notes from the American Legion Auxiliary

American Legion Auxiliary met on Monday March 17 with 12 members present. Pledge of Allegiance, Preamble, SD Pledge were all recited. Chaplain Marla gave the blessing. Parents and grandparents were present to listen to the 5th and 6th grade students that were winners in the poem and essay contest.
