Hartford’s Caralina and Chase Mebius, grandchildren of Mike and Terri Mebius of Wessington Springs, each took first place at the Elks Region 2 Finals last month in Rapid City.

A group of Pony Hills wrestlers made their way across the mat at regions last weekend with seven of the local student athletes advancing to state. Wrestlers will head to The Monument in Rapid City March 28-30 to compete at the state level.
