Each summer, the Shakespeare Garden in Wessington Springs comes alive with color thanks to the generosity of community members who sponsor its flowerbeds. For a $50 donation, supporters can sponsor a bed in honor or memory of a loved one. A sign recognizing all sponsors, along with the names of those being remembered or honored, will be posted on the Anne Hathaway Cottage at Shakespeare Garden each year. This week’s True Dakotan includes the annual list of flowerbed sponsors whose gifts keep the garden blooming season after season.
