Hello District 20 Friends, SB239 would have modernized and refined the Reinvestment Payment Program (RPP) – an existing proven tool – not a new concept. It would have preserved the core structure of the RPP while strengthening reporting and oversight.

On Monday, February 23, 2026, Grandma had cream of wheat for breakfast with a boiled egg and blueberry muffin. She had a whirlpool bath. In the afternoon, grandma played BINGO and won three times. Dinner was roast beef and potatoes and gravy.

On Monday, February 16, 2026, after breakfast Grandma Dar did some exercises on the machines. She then had a whirlpool bath. She ate a hamburger, tater tots, and green beans for lunch and had some chocolate cake for dessert. She played BINGO in the afternoon and only won once!
