On Monday, July 6, Grandma enjoyed beef stroganoff, cooked carrots, and fresh fruit for lunch. Dominos were played in the morning as well as Fun and Fitness with Sandy. Grandma’s favorite, Bingo, was played in the afternoon.

On Monday, June 29, 2026, Grandma Dar participated in Fun and Fitness, although she tells us it isn’t so much fun. Grandma knows the fitness exercise helps keep her strength and she is grateful. Grandma also had a whirlpool bath, which she says feels so good!

On Monday, June 22, 2026, breakfast was oatmeal and raisins, with toast and chocolate milk. For dinner they served hamburgers. For supper they had hotdish and a cup of peaches.On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, breakfast was malto- meal, bacon, and a donut.

On Sunday, June 14, 2026, Mike and Becky Krueger drove to Burke, SD, to watch the Springs Owls face the Burke Bombers. Brock played at first base. The Owls won, 4-2.

On Monday, June 8, 2026, Grandma Dar had one of her favorite meals, roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. They also had squash and cake. Grandma enjoys the afternoon activity, BINGO, especially when she wins nickels and gets soft serve ice cream! What a treat!!

On Tuesday, June 2, Becky worked at the Ag Building for the election. On Wednesday, June 3, Grandma enjoyed BINGO. On Thursday, June 4, the Owls had their first home game at David Jost Memorial Field. The game was delayed by the weather, and the Owls were ahead 3-0.
